The successful candidate will investigate and determine solutions to electrical problems. He or she will also coordinate testing, installation and maintenance of electrical components, equipment, and systems following accepted professional principles or established practices.
The Metallurgical Analyst will coordinate the reception, preparation, performance, and reporting of metallurgical tests, metallographic investigations, customer claims, and defect analysis from any of the PTC Alliance facilities. Assists in the investigation and analysis of vendor and production issues.
Candidates with Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification are preferred.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will implement and facilitate continuous improvement activities within all North America Division facilities. Evaluates work processes to determine strategies and programs, which provide greater productivity and efficiency of company functions by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.
The Project Manager is a leader for a project or group of projects. He or she will be responsible for the complete oversight of project execution assuring that cost, time and performance requirements are met. The role is responsible for pro-active communication to the plants and other members of the leadership team. The Project Manager will partner with internal customers and external vendors to ensure project success. This person will not have direct reports but will lead and direct the work of others. The Position reports to the Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
Persons applying for this position must have six or more years of industrial electrician experience and/or a journeyman’s card and the ability to read electrical drawings. Experience in trouble shooting AC and DC drives, personnel computers, wiring of control panels and AC Crane controls will be considered first. The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment. Position requires a high school diploma, trade school certificate or GED. A technical degree or engineering degree is preferred. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment electrical test.
