PTC Alliance Acquires Niagara LaSalle Chrome Bar Business

Pittsburgh, PA – (July 7, 2014) – PTC Alliance Corp. today announced its acquisition of the assets of Niagara LaSalle’s Chrome Bar operations in Griffith, IN. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed but the sale closing is anticipated to occur on or around July 31, 2014.

“We are very pleased to add the Chrome Bar assets of Niagara LaSalle Corporation to PTC Alliance and Enduro Industries’ existing business,” said Cary Hart, President of PTC Alliance. “After a short transition period, these assets and production will be moved to Hannibal, MO. to complement our already integrated plated tube and bar facility.”
