Continuous improvement is an integral part of our way of doing business at PTC Alliance. Whether the issue is product quality, timely delivery, efficiency improvements, logistics, or other opportunities to help our customers solve problems, our continuous improvement team can provide assistance.
The A3 process was developed as part of the Toyota Production System, to address problems and implement improvements in all areas. We attack problems on multiple levels of the organization with an A3-trained workforce, skilled in the A3 problem solving process. This enables us to react quickly and effectively at the point of discovery of an issue.
For more complex problems, we have a team of highly trained Black Belts who are skilled in the Six Sigma Problem Solving Method. These Black Belts devote all their efforts to leading improvement projects, teaching Six Sigma Green Belt and A3 Problem Solving classes, and mentoring employees who are leading Six Sigma Greenbelt and A3 projects. In this way, we are equipped to address all types of problems at all levels of the organization.
These skills make PTC Alliance uniquely qualified to engage in supplier partnerships to improve raw materials and supplies as well as in customer partnerships to address issues that directly impact our customers.
